A contractual researcher position is available at the Institute for Advanced Biosciences (Grenoble, France) within the team 'Physiology and Pathophysiology of Sperm cells', including 3 statutory researchers (DR2 CNRS, CRCN Inserm, MCF UGA), 2 contractual researchers (post-docs), 1 contractual Assistant Engineer and Master’s students.
The researcher will take charge of the functional study of ion channels of the SLC superfamily that are essential for sperm motility and fertilization potential by using in vitro models of various expressing cell lines. In parallel, he (she) will be involved in the characterization of the signaling pathways activated by these ion channels in a physiological context and the study of their deregulation in the context of human asthenozoospermia.
