Innovative engineering for the Genome edition and Protein purification
Presentation
The InGeProt platform is dedicated to 1) eukaryotic genome editing and 2) protein purification. The platform is intended in priority for members of the IAB Institute.
Thanks to our expertise in CRISPR-Cas genome editing, InGeProt is able to generate edited human and mouse cell lines. The platform offers a complete service, from project design and consulting to sgRNA design, genetic material vectorization and cell line generation, as well as staff training.
In addition to conventional protein purification approaches, InGeProt also offers innovative approaches developed by the facility to optimize protein purification from genetically modified lines.
