Multi-element Microscope Based on LIBS Technology
This microscope is based on Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) and enables the detection of chemical elements — including the lightest ones — at concentrations close to the ppm level, with a spatial resolution of 20 µm.
