As a professor of cellular biology at the University of Grenoble Alpes, my research focuses on developing new therapeutic strategies to overcome the resistance mechanisms of cancer cells induced by radiotherapy or phototherapy. My projects are based on the combined use of therapeutic RNAs and nanoparticles to specifically target cellular pathways involved in tumor survival, such as the telomeric response and the heat shock response. This research lies at the interface of biology, chemistry, and physics, and is part of a translational approach to innovation in oncology.
